VIMONT LENOVIT Ground flax - 400 g
Ground flax is used as an auxiliary in gastric and duodenal ulcer disease and chronic gastro-duodenitis as a protective agent. It is also a great addition to homemade pastries, soups, sauces and breakfast cereals.
Flax seeds contain: mucous substances that have a protective effect on the gastrointestinal tract; proteins providing exogenous amino acids; lignans contributing to the elimination of free radicals, fiber supporting the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels.
One teaspoon of ground linen pour 3/4 cup of hot water and mix. Let stand for a few minutes, often stirring until a slimy consistency. Flax prepared in this way can be consumed 2-3 times a day. The best effect is obtained when consumed about half an hour before meals. To improve the taste, you can use the addition of milk, fruit, fruit juices, honey, sugar, salt.
