Ledum palustre (derived from the marsh rosemary or wild labrador tea plant) is primarily used as a remedy for puncture wounds, insect bites, animal stings, and joint pain,bruising and Black Eyes. It is often chosen for injuries where the affected area feels cold to the touch yet is relieved by cold applications.
