Directions for Use
Children (3–10 years): → 1 stick per day, diluted in water, yogurt, or applesauce.
From 11 years and adults: → 2 sticks per day, taken directly in the mouth.
Recommended usage:

15 days for those aged 11+ and adults Repeat as needed.
