How to use:
Do not exceed a serving of 4 tablets per day. 1 tablet 20-25 minutes before breakfast, 2 tablets before lunch and 1 tablet before dinner, with a glass (200 ml) of warm drink. Do not use for small children (up to 12 years of age, nursing mothers and pregnant women.
