The Omegavie® fish oil used is naturally rich in omega 3 : EPA and DHA. EPA has a positive effect on improving mood and the joy of living. DHA contributes to the normal functioning of the brain for a daily consumption of 250 mg .
Omega 3 (EPA and DHA) are so-called "essential" polyunsaturated fatty acids because they are essential for the proper functioning of the body , which cannot manufacture them itself. They must therefore be provided by food.
Our brain is made up of at least 5% omega 3 (1) , hence their importance for our nervous balance . Omega 3, and in particular EPA, would slow down the production of cortisol, the stress hormone (2) . Omega 3s are therefore very useful in times of stress or low morale.

Food supplements based on fish oil present on the market provide omega 3 in their natural form (triglycerides) or in unnatural transformed forms (ethyl esters).
