- Zinc , selenium and vitamin B8 contribute to the maintenance of normal hair .

- Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine, an amino acid involved in the production of keratin.
This formula is supplemented with silica extracted from bamboo, pumpkin seed oil, and sulphur amino acids (cystine and methionine).
