Cobalt (as cobalt gluconate): 72.6 µg

Directions for Use
Take 1–2 ampoules daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. The contents may be held under the tongue for 1–2 minutes before swallowing, or used as directed by a healthcare professional.
