How to take Oligosol Zinc Nickel Cobalt ampoules
Oligosol Zinc Nickel Cobalt is a supplement intended for adults and adolescents over 15 years of age.
It is administered orally, with a recommended dosage of 2 to 3 ampoules per day, taken sublingually. The liquid should be held under the tongue for 1 to 2 minutes before swallowing. For best results, the ampoules should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach, or 15 minutes before a meal, or at bedtime.

Precautions for use of Oligosol Zinc Nickel Cobalt
This supplement is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
