Zenalia sublingual tablet is a homeopathic medicine from Boiron laboratories . It traditionally used in case of nerves , of fear , of anxiety may manifest as restless sleep, tremors, emotional palpitations, diarrhea and others.
Zenalia sublingual tablet is intended for the oral route. The tablets should be melt under the tongue between meals.
The usual dosage is 1 tablet morning and evening, to be taken at the first symptoms of stage fright.
The treatment should not exceed 15 days.
PRECAUTIONS OF ZENALIA SUBLINGUAL TABLET
Do not use Zenalia sublingual tablet in case of allergy to any of its constituents.
This drug is contraindicated in children under 6 years of age due to the risk of misdirection linked to the pharmaceutical form.
Do not use Zenalia, in case of intolerance to certain sugars (sucrose, fructose, glucose, galactose) and lactose.
Do not use Zenalia during pregnancy and during breastfeeding without prior medical advice.

The active components are : Gelsemium sempervirens 9CH (1mg), Ignatia amara 9CH (1 mg), Kalium phosphoricum 15 CH (1 mg) for 1 sublingual tablet. and inactive: Sucrose, lactose, magnesium stearate.
