Sweating is a normal physiological phenomenon with several functions: regulation of body temperature (maintenance at 37°C), elimination of toxins and protection of the skin through hydration. Perspiration, or sudation, occurs in response to an increase in body temperature (heat, physical effort, etc.), but also in certain emotional states, such as stress or fear. The daily use of an organic and natural deodorant helps to limit odors while respecting your skin.
This LEMON - VERBENA ROLL-ON DEODORANT guarantees protection against bad odors for 24 hours. It is formulated without aluminum salts and respects the natural process of perspiration.
Deodorant properties: thanks to triethyl citrate , of natural origin, preventing the appearance of bad odors by inhibiting the decomposition of sweat by bacteria and organic alcohol , resulting from the fermentation of wheat, allowing to limit the development of bacteria responsible for bad smells.
Purifying properties : thanks to the essential oils of lemon and exotic verbena , providing an immediate feeling of freshness.
Moisturizing properties: thanks to vegetable glycerin and aloe vera , providing a pleasant feeling of comfort.
After application, the deodorant dries quickly allowing you to dress immediately, without staining clothes.
Expert opinion: Perspiration
During the phenomenon of perspiration, sweat is secreted by the sweat glands, especially in the armpits. It is composed mainly of water, but also of minerals, proteins and urea. Sweat itself is odorless. The smell of sweat is caused by bacteria in the armpits, which feed on the nutrients that make up sweat. Bacteria destroy these components thus producing residues causing the smell of perspiration.
Unlike antiperspirants, deodorants act only on unpleasant odors through their perfuming agents or by preventing the formation of odors, but not on the volume of perspiration.
It is recommended to apply deodorant to clean, dry armpits before getting dressed.
