How to Take the Oligosol Lithium Suplement
 
Oligosol Lithium is taken sublingually: hold the contents of the ampoule pod język for 1 to 2 minutes before swallowing.
 
It is preferably taken in the evening before bedtime. Alternatively, it can be taken in the morning on an empty stomach, or 15 minutes before a meal.
