Lactinova ® femina is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules designed for women and girls over the age of 12. It contains a combination of 5 selected strains of lactic acid bacteria. Each capsule contains 7.5 billion CFUs*. In addition, the product contains FibregumTM fibre.

The patented microencapsulation technology of Lactic acid bacteria MICROBAC increases the 5-fold survival of bacterial strains in the environment of gastric juice, bile and digestive enzymes. The product can be consumed as a supplement to the daily diet also by diabetics and people using a meat-free diet.
Its use can be considered:
during and after menstruation and in the perimenopausal period,
during the use of oral contraception,
during and after antibiotic therapy,
during and after the use of antibacterial or antifungal drugs.
Recommended Intake
Adult women and girls over 12 years of age: 1 capsule per day.
Swallow the capsule only in its entirety. 
Drink water or a small amount of juice.
Do not open capsules
It can be used at any time of the day, including antibiotics.
Do not dissolve the contents of the capsule in liquids. 
Before your planned trip to places where there is another bacterial flora, start using Lactinova ® femina at least 3 days before departure.
