The L107 oral solution from Lehning Laboratories is a homeopatyczny suplement  in the form of drops, is tradycyjnie stosowany in the adjuvant treatment of acute gastroenteritis. It can be used from 30 months old.
 
Dosage of Lehning L107 drops
 
In adults, take 10 drops after each loose stool and reduce as soon as symptoms improve. Do not exceed 60 drops na dzień.

In children from 30 months (on medical advice only): give 3 drops after each loose stool, leave at least 4 hours between 2 doses.

Consult a doctor if there is no improvement within 48 hours. After medical advice, treatment can be continued for 3 days, for a total of 5 days maximum.
