Oligosol Magnesium is a suplement diety intended dla dorosłych experiencing symptoms associated with neurovegetative imbalances and spasmophilia. It is used as a supportive suplement to help improve general physiological balance, particularly in individuals with increased magnesium needs.
 
Each 2 ml ampoule contains 17.781 mg of magnesium gluconate, the active ingredient. The formula is completed with anhydrous glucose and purified water.

Target Users: Adults and adolescents over 15 years old.
 
Recommended Dosage:
Take 1 to 3 ampoules na dzień.
Use sublingually: hold the liquid pod język for 1 to 2 minutes before swallowing.
 
When to Take:
Preferably in the morning on an empty stomach (at least 15 minutes before a meal) or in the evening at bedtime.
