Properties of the składniki
 
Ovular bread sepsis is an excellent source of soluble fibre, which, by binding fluids, significantly increases its volume by creating a gel substance. It works as a regulation of intestinal function, supports the transfer of food content and facilitates the process of defecation. In addition, it contributes to the control of blood cholesterol levels.
 
Recommended daily intake
 
Dorosłych i dzieci over 12 years of age:
1 heaped teaspoon (5g) twice a day (morning and evening).
Children over the age of 6:
1 heaped teaspoon (5g) once a day, morning or evening.
The dose can also be divided: 2 times a day of 2.5 g (morning and evening).
 
Wstrząsnąć przed użyciem.
Mix the product with cool water or juice and drink immediately after preparation. Colon C can also be added to yogurt and other cool foods.
The minimum intake of liquids for every 5 g of product is 250 ml.
Always take the preparation with the amount of liquids. Not enough fluid can cause constipation.
