Stosowanie:
 
 
 
Before use, blow your nose to remove phlegm.
 
 
Remove the cap.
 
 
Tilt your head to the side while positioning yourself above the sink.
 
 
Carefully place the tip into the nostril.
 
 
Apply light pressure to release the solution.
 
 
Let the excess solution run out to drain the phlegm and blow your nose.
 
 
Repeat the process in the other nostril.
 
 
Wash the mouthpiece with water and dry it.
 
 
Repeat sprays as often as necessary to properly remove mucus.
 
Clean the head of spray with hot water after using
